Excellent customer service. We had a pretty bad hail storm in Oviedo so I had my roof checked for damage. Roof Claim just happened to knock on my door (among many others). They were they thorough with their inspection and communication. It took a few months because my insurance company wanted a 2nd opinion but everything finally worked itself out. Roofclaim fought for me throughout the entire process and within a few months I had a new roof in one day.The only downside is that they only replace roofs so I had to find other companies for gutter and fascia replacement. I also went through quite a few reps during the process but eventually I ended up with Kim as my rep, Kim was informative, easy to contact and always available for updates. She was a glowing unicorn of customer service. Her friendly Smurf like attitude made her an absolute delight to deal with. Even when their job was over, Kim helped me out with an issue I had where I had spilled paint on my brand new roof after being bullied by an incredibly upset bee. Yes… a bee made me freak out and spill paint on my new roof.So after going through a large number of reps and finally getting the job finished with Kims help, I recommend Roofclaim. My new roof looks super sexy now and I’m certain that my neighbors with their old dilapidated roofs are surely jealous. As a matter of fact, I think one of them trained that bee to attack me.If you want an aggressive company to fight for your new roof, these are your guys (and Kim).

Met with Travis Lipp on the 20th. He was professional and thorough. Materials delivered on the 23rd, work started on the 26th and was complete within 8 hours. Inspection passed on the 28th. I honestly had no idea it could be done so quickly. The roofers were extremely efficient, covered my plants and equipment and thoroughly cleaned (all those roofing tacks) up after themselves. Travis was back at the house inspecting their work before they could pack up and leave. Seamless operation and I recommend their service to anyone.
