About the role
Business Development Representative

We’re seeking Entry-Level Sales Representatives eager to increase their income while providing beneficial services to homeowners. This role is perfect for someone who is driven, great at communicating, and eager to grow.
This position is a pathway to a Junior Sales Executive role, with a promotion upon achieving key targets within 6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer our services to prior, current, and potential customers.
Effectively set roof inspection appointments.
Earn new business by overcoming objections and correctly relaying the value proposition.
Accurately update customer files and information within the CRM.
Hit or exceed KPI targets, including call volume, appointment setting, and conversion rates.
