2 no trespassing no soliciting signs posted at foot of both sides end of driveway. Another by door ringer. Still enters property. If a company can't follow signs and directions. I don't expect them to follow contracts, agreements, or codes required.The practices that this company does is one of the reasons why Florida home insurance is so high. The lets find damage and instead of repairing just the shingles and charge a few hundred bucks, let's replace the whole roof and have insurance pay even though it's not needed. Especially just for a few shingles and no underlying damage.WARNING be careful about roofers offering free inspections. There is a chance it's a scam when they show up at your door. They will try to find something wrong even if there isn't to get work and money from you. Some will even state your insurance will cover. Insurances will not always cover work and should be pre-approved prior And get multiple opinions.

I received a roof home inspection from Daniel who did an outstanding job. He was very professional and he provided step-by-step instructions on what he was doing and what he was checking while he was on top of the roof. I actually took a tour with him as he went over and identified certain areas on my roof. Thanks to look out for in the future, even though my roof is not a candidate to be changed out at this time. I learned a great deal regarding. Roof inspections in this great state. I will surely reach out to him in the future. If I identify that, I may have an issue with my roof. Kevin came did a professional inspection of my entire roof, he went on the roof found the damage shingles took pictures and showed it to me. Unlike the previous inspector he actually went on the roof and showed me what he found. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a roof inspection.

Roofclaim left a flyer right after I noticed a leak. So I called today and Kim answered. She was extremely wonderful and gave me all the info I needed. It was a nightmare dealing with trying to get it replaced after my solar company went bankrupt.They were supposed to remove the panels free of charge so I could get the roof replaced and said they would. Wouldn't you know it, they went out of business and i had to figure out how to get these panels off.Kim check up on me every week for over a year and helped me get this thing moving after I wasn't getting any traction.Her customer service was phenomenal. You could tell she truly cared about the customer and the reputation of Roofclaim.

I was completely surprised how this projected completed from start to finish. Hector Ferran made this process so smooth and simple and he communicated everything that would and needed to happen to complete this project. The installation took only one day, the installers were professional and the supervisor did a great job walking threw the process with me. The roof looks great and the added vents where they shouldve been rather than what was already configured. I highly recommend, they far exceeded what I expected.

Not to the finish line yet but the start has been phenomenal thanks to adjuster Tyler Marbry. From the door hanger, to my calls on a Sunday with an immediate reply, to the inspection, etc. Tyler has been there every step of the way to assist with the paperwork, calls to homeowners insurance and answering thousands of questions from my wife. Kim was amazing, she helped process our permits, and select a new color shingle by patiently walking us through larger samples she had to show. This helped making our final choice much easier. It was refreshing to experience great customer service once again, which seems to lately be hard to find.

Mike Evans was one of the most professional and knowledgeable company representatives and project managers I have experienced. He helped us with the claims process, was present for the inspection, checked in with us frequently and got us scheduled quickly. My husband and I were completely blown away when the roofing crew showed up on time and worked like a band of pro ninjas to demo our roof then completely re-shingled in one day. These guys were amazing hard workers and did a professional job and CLEANED UP COMPLETELY when finished. We HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone who is interested in getting their roof repaired/replaced.

William assisted me through every phase. Our first meeting he explained everything and walked me through the claim process, scheduling the new roof installation, permits and final inspection. He went above and beyond to answer my questions and he even responded at night and on weekend’s. As a single Mom I was worried I would be taken advantage of and William treated me like a Big Brother.
