Had my roof replaced today and was so impressed with the entire roof claim team.Billy and Anthony did a great job educating me on the process and were thorough when answering my questions- and I had a lot!I was especially skeptical when they told me the roof installation would take a day. I have never had a contractor keep such a tight timeline.Every thing Billy says- he does. That kind of reliability is rare. The roof team did not stop! On time, hardworking, and dedicated. They had the entire job done and cleaned up fast!Lindsay and Vicki in the office kept me up to date, and promptly returned all calls. Lindsay was kind and patient, and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. I was glad to know she was a UCF grad :) go knights !Overall, this team delivered exactly what they promised, exactly how they said it would be.The roof is beautiful and has already been tested- no leaks ! Very happy with Roof Claim and their sales representative Max Geller. Max came out right away to inspect my roof after a hail storm. Afterwards he walked the roof with my insurance adjuster and kept me informed throughout the process. The roof was completed in just one day and the crew did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. These people have horrible reviews online. They are not accredited with the BBB. They came more than 20 miles into our "no solicitation" community and left door hangers on every door, even though most houses have additional no solicitation signs. That is something that thieves do to check and see when people are home and when they are away. If you get information from this company or if someone is on your property, call the police, call them and complain, and post online. We need to warn others. When I called the company I was told no one was available to speak to me in regard to the situation. Please be wary.
