By texting RoofClaim and confirming YES to sign up for one or more text messaging notifications, you expressly consent to receive non-marketing text messages from RoofClaim, LLC("RoofClaim"), at the telephone number(s) that you provide. You may opt-out of these communications at any time. Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services.
You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and Conditions, the Website Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and agreements related to your use of our Company's services at info@RoofClaim.com.
Program Description
RoofClaim and its service providers may use an automatic telephone system to deliver RoofClaim's text messages to you from short code +12057088411, +12085564185, +14055787162, +17025085198 or others. RoofClaim's text messages are intended to provide you with communication and information you have requested such as account status, billing, usage and service notifications. Receiving text messages is NOT a condition of purchase or of other transactions with RoofClaim.
Message Frequency
The number of RoofClaim's text messages that you receive will vary depending on what types of texts you elected to receive. Bill reminders & informational texts will be sent as the need arises. You can expect to receive approximately 14 texts per month depending on your project status.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with RoofClaim's text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. RoofClaim does not impose a separate fee for sending RoofClaim's text messages.
Supported Carriers
Supported carriers may change from time to time, but currently include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, US Cellular, and Cellular One, among others.
How to Opt-In

How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages from a specific RoofClaim's text messaging alert, text STOP in reply back to the number that you received the text from. You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of that text messaging alert. The confirmation message you receive will be similar to the following: "RoofClaim: You have been opted out and will not receive any more messages from RoofClaim." For customer communications, visit RoofClaim.com or email us @ info@RoofClaim.com at any time to change your communication preferences.
Your Mobile Telephone Number
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying RoofClaim immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify RoofClaim of a number change by submitting a request to us at info@RoofClaim.com.
You agree to indemnify RoofClaim in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify RoofClaim if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed
Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of RoofClaim's control, and RoofClaim is not responsible or liable for issues arising from them. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
To receive RoofClaim's text messages, you must be a resident of the United States or Puerto Rico and 18 years of age or older. RoofClaim reserves the right to require evidence that you are at least 18 years of age.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
RoofClaim may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to RoofClaim's website. You agree to review these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued consent to receive RoofClaim's text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
Termination of Text Messaging
RoofClaim may suspend or terminate your receipt of RoofClaim's text messages if RoofClaim believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of RoofClaim's text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. RoofClaim reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of RoofClaim's text messages, with or without notice.
Communications and Consent to Electronic Notices
You may communicate with RoofClaim via postal mail, email, telephone, and our website. RoofClaim may issue notices via these various channels, including sending email to an address you provide. You agree that such notices shall have legal effect.
You may have the right to withdraw your consent to receive certain electronic communications, and, when required by law, RoofClaim will provide you with paper copies upon request. You may make such a request via any of the channels listed above.
Release and Indemnity
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless RoofClaim, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, and participating wireless (cellular) carriers and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (together, the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and death, which may occur in connection with this Initiative, and for any claims based on violation of law or infringement or violation of any rights of any person or entity, including, without limitation, violation of publicity rights, defamation and invasion of privacy. Released Parties are not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors in associated promotional materials in connection with this Initiative. Participating wireless (cellular) carriers and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees are not responsible for this Initiative, and none of them will have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Initiative.
The Released Parties make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any offer furnished by third parties in connection with this Initiative. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, THE INITIATIVE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE RELEASED PARTIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Released Parties are not responsible for the following: technical, hardware, software, electronic, network, telephone or other communications malfunctions; errors or failures of any kind; errors in transmission; traffic congestion, lost or unavailable network connections, telephone connections, wireless (cellular) phone connections; website, Internet, or ISP availability; unauthorized human intervention; incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause); failed (undelivered), incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed transmissions; any other matter that may limit or restrict your ability to send a message; any injury or damage to your or any other person's wireless (cellular) device relating to, or resulting from, participation in this Initiative.
Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions
ROOFCLAIM.COM ,LLC (“ROOFCLAIM.COM ,LLC”, “we”, or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description: We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the Program. Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services and may include [promotions, specials, other marketing offers, and abandoned checkout reminders]. Transactional messages relate to an existing or ongoing transaction and may include [order notifications and updates, appointment reminders, and other transaction-related information]. Mobile messages may be sent using an automated technology, including an autodialer, automated system, or automatic telephone dialing system. Message frequency will vary but will not exceed 5 messages in 1 day. You agree that we, may send you messages regarding the foregoing topics or any topic and that such messages and/or calls may be made or placed using different telephone numbers or short codes. We do not charge for mobile messages sent through the Program but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your mobile provider, as standard data and message rates may apply for SMS and MMS alerts.
2. User Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number to us, you are voluntarily opting in to the Program and you agree to receive recurring mobile messages from us at the mobile phone number associated with your opt-in, even if such number is registered on any state or federal “Do Not Call” list. You agree that any mobile phone number you provide to us is a valid mobile phone number of which you are the owner or authorized user. If you change your mobile phone number or are no longer the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number, you agree to promptly notify us at Support@RoofClaim.com. Your participation in the Program is not required to make any purchase from us and your participation in the Program is completely voluntary.
3. User Opt-Out and Support: You may opt-out of the Program at any time. If you wish to optout of the Program and stop receiving mobile messages from us, or you no longer agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, and/or UNSUBSCRIBE to any mobile message from us. You may continue to receive text messages for a short period while we process your request and you may receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message. You understand and agree that the foregoing is the only reasonable method of opting out. For support, reply HELP to any mobile message from us. Our mobile messaging platform may not recognize requests that modify the foregoing commands, and you agree that we and our service providers will not be liable for failing to honor requests that do not comply with the requirements in these Mobile Messaging Terms. We may also change the telephone number or short code we use to operate the Program and we will notify you of any such change. You acknowledge that any requests sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed may not be received by us and we will not be responsible for failing to honor a request sent to a telephone number or short code that has been changed.
4. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability: The Program is offered on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas, at all times, or on all mobile providers. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information sent through the Program.
5. Modifications: We may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any such modification will take effect when it is posted to our website. You agree to review these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any modifications. Your continued participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of those modifications.
