Outside Sales Representative

This is not a position for someone who thrives on transactional sales. Instead, we’re seeking a motivated closer with a strong work ethic, excellent objection-handling skills, and a drive to achieve exceptional income potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct roof inspections, requiring comfort with climbing and working on roofs.
Engage with homeowners in neighborhoods to offer our roofing services.
Build rapport with clients and clearly communicate the value of our services.
Overcome objections with confidence and close deals effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM.
Work independently in the field while representing the company professionally.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
Previous sales experience, particularly in high-value or relationship-based sales, is highly preferred.
